1. Terms
All reservations with Gorilla Events Limited are made upon and subject to the following Terms & Conditions and no variation thereof will be accepted unless agreed in writing by Gorilla Events Limited.
2. Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, ‘Gorilla’ means Gorilla Events Ltd and ‘the Client’ means the person, firm or company booking.
3. Guest Numbers
Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Gorilla, maximum guest numbers per table are fixed and cannot be altered. No additional guests are to be seated at the table. Please note there will be limited space and so items such as garden chairs will not be permitted in direct vicinity of the table.
4. Payment
The booking is not confirmed until full payment has been received and confirmed by Gorilla.
5. Cancellation
The full amount paid will be refunded in the event of cancellation of the Event.
In addition, a cancellation charge will be imposed and payable on demand in the event of cancellation of all or any part of the Event after acceptance. The amounts are due as liquidated damages and not as a penalty and will be calculated in accordance with the following schedule.
Notice of Cancellation Received
More than 90 days before the Event – Full Refund
30-90 days Pre Event – 50% refund
Within 30 days of the Event – No refund due
6. Adverse Weather
The client accepts that Gorilla does not accept any responsibility for any disruption caused to the event by adverse weather conditions. Please be aware if we are to experience wet weather there are no guarantees of shelter.
7. Venues
Gorilla reserves the right to refuse admission to all venues operated by Gorilla. Admission may be refused by Gorilla for any reason but is not limited to the prevention of misuse of illegal substances, the prevention and detection of illegal weapons, the health and safety of the general public, the health and safety of members of staff, and licensing restrictions.
