1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets and attendance at CALA events (“Event”) organised by Gorilla Events Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing a ticket or attending an Event, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not purchase a ticket or attend.

2. Tickets and Entry

  • A valid ticket is required for entry and must be presented on request (digital or physical).

  • Entry is subject to venue capacity, licensing conditions, and safety requirements.

  • We may refuse entry or require you to leave the venue where reasonably necessary for:

    • Safety or security

    • Compliance with licensing laws

    • Breach of these terms

  • Where possible, decisions to refuse entry will be proportionate and reasonable.

  • Re-entry will be restricted depending on the event timings and will be communicated at the venue.

3. Age Restrictions

  • Age restrictions will be clearly stated at the point of ticket purchase.

  • Valid photographic ID (e.g. passport or driving licence) will be required for entry.

  • Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry where age requirements are not met.

4. Ticket Purchases and Pricing

  • All tickets are subject to availability.

  • Prices will be clearly displayed at checkout, including VAT and any booking fees.

  • If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you before confirming your order and offer the option to proceed or cancel with a full refund.

5. Refunds, Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law or as expressly set out in this clause.

  • If an Event is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid (excluding any non-refundable booking or transaction fees, unless otherwise required by law).

  • If an Event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be offered where required by law or where we determine, acting reasonably, that the change is material and you are unable to attend. Any request must be made within the timeframe notified to you.

  • No refunds or compensation will be provided where you:

  • Choose not to attend

  • Arrive late or are unable to gain entry due to queue times or capacity limits

  • Are refused entry or removed for breach of these Terms or venue policies

This does not affect your statutory rights, including in cases where the Event is not provided as described or with reasonable care and skill.

6. Changes to Events

We may make reasonable changes to an Event, including:

  • Line-up or performers

  • Timings

  • Venue layout or facilities

In these instances, you will not be offered a refund.

7. Ticket Resale and Transfer

  • Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain without our prior written consent.

  • Personal transfers may be permitted where not restricted by the ticket type.

  • We may cancel tickets that are resold in breach of these Terms.
