HOW DO WE BUY TICKETS?
Guaranteed GA entry and VIP tables can be purchased through the links on our website. For any queries, please email henley@calavenues.com
IS THERE AN AGE RESTRICTION?
We can welcome families with children in the daytime until 6pm, but over 18’s thereafter. Provision of acceptable forms of identification is a condition of entry.
VIP Standing
New for 2026, our VIP standing tickets give you entry to our VIP raise deck, access to the VIP bar & dedicated VIP toilets.

WHAT SIZE TABLE CAN I BOOK?
A minimum of 4 guests is required to make a table booking. For bookings of 20 or more, please email us at henley@calavenues.com and we will be in touch.
WHERE IS THE VENUE?
The venue is located next to stewards enclosure what three words ///suits.coconuts.masts or RG9 3DA
I MISSED OUT ON GA TICKETS IN ADVANCE, WILL THERE BE SOME AVAILABLE ON THE DOOR?
We only sell a limited number of pre-sale tickets for general admission, so if you missed out then we encourage guests to arrive early to guarantee entry.
is there a dress code?
There is no strict dress code for CALA, but we encourage our guests to dress to impress!
WHAT TIME ARE YOU OPEN?
We open from 12pm – midnight, Wednesday to Saturday
On Sunday we are open from 12pm to 8pm for the INVADES takeover
WHERE IS YOUR LOST PROPERTY?
Lost property is processed daily and available to be collected from the venue the following day between 12pm - 2pm (Thurs - Sun only). All other lost property will be collected and processed at the end of the event. In some years there are a large volume of items so please bear with us. Proof of ownership may be required.
OTHER POINTS TO NOTE:
We cannot guarantee wet weather cover should it rain. For guests who have been before and have a favourite table, we will try our best to accommodate, however table plans will be made on the day, and we cannot always guarantee a specific table.
FOOD VENDORS:
Some of London’s best restaurants and street food can be found in The Plaza. Previous vendors include; Gaucho, BAIT, Other Side Fried, Dead Good Coffee, Duck Shed and many more.
